• Ramandeep Singh, of New Vision Immigration Consultants Co. Ltd., in Surrey, BC, filed a motion seeking to enter new evidence during the sanction phase of the discipline hearing. The Discipline Committee permitted the RCIC to enter the new evidence as the College did not take a position on this issue, and the Committee considered the type of new evidence appropriate for the sanction phase of the hearing.
