The annual renewal process is a requirement for all Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) and Regulated International Student Immigration Advisors (RISIAs).
You must complete the Annual Renewal Form through the between June 1, 2025 at 12:01 am ET and June 30, 2025 at 11:59 pm ET.
If you do not complete the form by the deadline, you will be charged a late fee and may receive a notice of suspension for non-compliance. Watch for email reminders in May, which will include a checklist of the information you are required to submit.
Payment of Annual Fees
On July 1, 2025, your full annual fees or your first quarterly payment will be invoiced to you through the College Portal and must be paid by 11:59 pm ET on July 30, 2025.
If you do not pay by the deadline, you will face additional penalties and your licence to practise may be suspended.
The College has obtained a Professional Liability Insurance premium for the upcoming year of $188. This annual premium remains unchanged. 
Resignations
If you plan to resign your licence and want to avoid being charged the annual fees for the upcoming year, to submit your resignation application through the College Portal by June 1, 2025.
